Bringing together researchers, policymakers, healthcare professionals, harm reductionists, and community advocates, the Summit On Stigma will examine the next phase of the opioid crisis through the pervasive lens of stigma, and work to advance cross-sector collaboration and support research generation toward developing timely and meaningful interventions.

The Summit will host two discussion panels, a presentation panel, round table discussions, and opportunities to connect and network. The COBRE is honored to host Valerie Earnshaw, PhD for the keynote presentation. Dr. Earnshaw is an expert on stigma and health inequities, a Professor at the University of Delaware and the co-host of Sex, Drugs and Science Podcast.
